GRAPPA TYPE: Grappa Gran Riserva aged in the same French oak barrique as the Limousine. Limited edition, 2000 production lot. Unique label with date of storage in barrel and certified.
GRAPES: The pomace used is obtained from an accurate blend of Trentino grapes, whose composition has been personally selected by the master distiller and owner Cavalin Valerio.

ORIGIN OF VINACCE: Trentino grapes
DISTILLATION METHOD:
The pomace is distilled in a discontinuous bain-marie alembic still respecting the Trentino tradition.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Intense, delicate color, initially delicate, with a grassy and decisive aftertaste.
CONSUMPTION MOMENT: The ideal time to enjoy it is after a meal, but it is increasingly becoming a conversation grappa.
