Amaro Dodici
This Amaro Dodici is the new camphor-free version of our famous Amaro del Borgo®, with a more delicate and less balsamic taste.
From the selection of twelve alpine herbs and aromatic plants, left to macerate following a traditional recipe, this pleasant bitter is extracted. The slow cold infusion process and the rest in oak barrels for no less than 6 months contribute to making the taste elegant but decisive, reminiscent of the Dolomites.
Herbs: Aloe, Myrrh, Saffron, Cassia leaves, Rhubarb root, Turmeric root, Manna, Venetian Theriaca, Carlina root, Angelica root, Licorice root, Gentian root.
Aging: it is left to rest for no less than 6 months in oak barriques

Perfume: Intense, delicate
Taste: Delicate and soft, with balanced bitter notes.

Moment of consumption: Ideal for aperitifs or after dinner, even with ice.
