Grappa of Amarone

Grappa of Amarone comes from a red grape variety from the nearby Valpolicella, famous throughout the world for its great wine Amarone. The pomace of dried grapes, having been gently pressed during the wine-making, is distilled in pot stills steam according to our local tradition, creating a grappa crystal with an intense and fruity with a taste of red fruit, balanced, soft.
