GRAPES: The pomace used is obtained from a careful blend of grapes, whose composition has been personally selected by the master distiller and owner Cavalin Valerio.

ORIGIN OF VINACCE: Mixed grapes
The pomace was distilled in a discontinuous bagno maria alembic still respecting the Trentino tradition. Subsequently placed in barrique in 1990 for 10 years. The next 17 years was kept in stainless steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Round and delicate both to the sense of smell and to the taste, this grappa represents the first steps of the Borgo Vecchio distillery in the world of distillates aged in barrique.
CONSUMPTION MOMENT: The ideal time to enjoy it is after a meal, but it is increasingly becoming a conversation grappa.
