Gin Distilled Salvia & Limone
This distilled Gin is a recipe developed by our master distiller Alessandro Cavalin. We gave prominence to the notes of sage and lemon peel, left to macerate and then distilled in a bain-marie. The pleasantly bitter aromatic notes of sage join the tartness of lemon in a combination that lingers on the palate.
